Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a customer notifies us they want to return, they have 14 days to send the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like mystery pants and harnesses, pants with personalized name tags, and custom pants.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Please get in touch via at inesestrupule@gmail.com to request a cancellation as soon as possible.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost — if you chose a premium or express delivery option, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot use the link above. Instead, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return.
You can also contact us directly at inesestrupule@gmail.com. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at inesestrupule@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Mystery pants and harnesses
Pants with personalised name tags
Custom pants
These exclusions apply because they are personalised or custom-made items, which are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase separately.
